Here at Landford Trees, we want our customers to buy with confidence. We take great pride in the quality of every tree that leaves our nursery, and we stand behind our stock.
Whilst we thoroughly inspect all trees before dispatch, we understand that occasionally a tree may fail through no fault of your own. If we believe that your tree has failed due to an innate problem with the tree itself, we will consider a replacement on a case-by-case basis within the first growing season following purchase.
Please note that trees will not be covered under the guarantee if they have been neglected in any way — for example, through a lack of watering, failure to stake or protect the tree, or by being planted in unsuitable conditions. Trees must be planted in accordance with our planting guide.
If your tree begins to show signs of failure — for example, if the leaves unexpectedly discolour or the tree fails to come into leaf — please contact us as early as possible. Early intervention can often prevent the eventual loss of a tree, and our team can advise on a course of action.
