Under the latest General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), which come into force on the 25th May 2018, there are new rules on how we collect and use an individuals personal data. Below are some of the measures we have put in place to protect your personal details.

We do not use any intrusive cookies on our site to collect your personal information. We use industry standard cookies such as Search Engine Easy to track your behaviour online and gain statistical information at an aggregated level in the following ways, so we can improve our website and direct the user to the various pages:
1.We track the number of visits to our website, where each visitor came from (i.e. the site visited prior to coming to our web site) and where each visitor goes to from our site (the next site visited after ours).
2.We store a cookie on your PC for 6 months which is linked to your IP address this allows us to track whether you return to our site.

2. Placing An Order –
When placing an order with us, which can be done by post, email, telephone or our contact form, we will keep your information securely until the end of our financial year. We will also ask you when placing an order with us if we can keep your details, so we can send you a catalogue at the start of the new lifting season.

4. Sharing your details-
Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will not under any circumstances be shared with third parties. We process your details for legitimate purposes as a customer of Landford Trees.
5. How long we keep you details.
We will keep your personal data until the end of the financial year, unless we have specific permission from you to keep it for catalogue mailing.
In case of of any legal claims/complaints we will retain the information as required but for no longer than necessary.
6. Your rights.
